INGREDIENTS

2 lbs ground turkey
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 large egg
1/2 cup almond butter, crunchy unsweetened
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. fish sauce

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix everything in a large bowl until thoroughly and evenly combined.
  3. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  4. Shape 10 patties, about 4 ounces each. Place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
